How to Make Her Orgasm in Less Than 60 Seconds

knowing  just how to please a woman is difficult—they’re all different and as many as 80 percent of women have difficulty reaching orgasm from vaginal intercourse alone. So you’ll have to communicate and put in some work to get her to climax if that’s the end goal.

That being said, so long as you hit all the right places, you’ll be able to get her to ‘O’ in no time. While experts have said that it usually takes about 10 to 20 minutes of sex for women to achieve orgasm, it is certainly possible to get her off sooner—like, in under 60 seconds. No, we’re not suggesting you rush things, but getting her there quicker just means it’ll be easier to get her there multiple times thereafter.

Read on for tips on how to do the deed.

1. Understand her orgasm.
Dr. Carol Queen, Good Vibrations’ staff sexologist, says orgasming in under a minute is dependent upon three things: how easily orgasmic she is to begin with, how turned on she is when stimulation starts and whether the stimulation is optimized to provoke orgasm in the first place. So before you start messing around, make sure she’s down to mess around.

2. Kiss her—not just on the mouth.
William Cane, author of The Art of Kissing, surveyed 50,000 women and 96 percent claimed that a kiss on the neck was a perfect warm-up. In other words, your odds are pretty good that she digs this, so do more of it.

3. Remember that you’re allowed an additional helper.
No, I don’t mean a threesome. Although if you’re into that, by all means. However, I’m talking about sex toys. There are plenty of vibrators that can assist you in getting the job done, so don’t be intimidated. Try a product like the Womanizer—that’s a good place to start.

4. Compliment her.
Science shows that in order for a woman to climax, the part of her brain connected to stress, emotion, and anxiety has to shut down. So take her mind off the day by reminding her of positive things—like how appreciative you are of something she’s done or how beautiful you think she is.

OK, maybe a one-minute orgasm isn’t the norm, but it certainly can happen. Don’t worry; we’ll let you take all the credit.

Science Says the Secret to a Strong, Healthy Relationship is More Sex

Sex is great. It’s great to be a part of; it’s great to watch; it’s great for you. Another reason to add to the list? According to a new study, the more often you and your partner have sex, the happier your relationship will be.

The study, which was conducted by scientists at York University, the University of Lausanne and the Université de Fribourg, found that the more a couple had sex, the more physically and verbally affectionate their relationship became. And, further, when a person received more affection from their partner, they began to see the world more positively. The researchers went so far as to equate the difference in success between relationships with a lot of sex and relationships with a little sex to be around $50,000.

They defined affection as “a feeling of fondness and physical expression” and concluded that individuals were more likely to become more affectionate towards their partners and have more optimistic outlooks on life immediately after and for the next six months after sex.

“In an intimate relationship, affection is the glue that holds everything together,” stated the study’s author and sex therapist, Dr. Roger Libby. “It’s healthy and essential to be affectionate.”

Jacqueline Mendez, another sex therapist, explained that “couples that are more intimate have less arguments… They have more unconditional love.”

This is all a result of how close and intimate the act of having sex is.

“Not having sex can really affect a person,” Mendez added. “Men often say it disturbs their work day, knowing they will come home and be rejected. For women, it can damage their self-esteem. When this issue of sex is solved, it eliminates this hurt from rejection.”

There you have it, kids. Get after it.

Why More Women Than Ever Want Rough Sex

Good news, guys, more women than ever are into rough sex—and they’re becoming more verbal about it, too.

OkCupid recently conducted a study with over 400,000 participants and found that 62 percent of women say they like it rough. Rough sex and bondage have been on the rise in recent years—OkCupid members are 23 percent more likely to admit that they’re into BDSM than they were five years ago. In fact, researchers noticed a spike in interest on Valentine’s Day, the same day 50 Shades Darker was released in theaters. Surprising? Hardly.

When a woman is scratched, spanked or has her hair pulled, for example, her blood pressure and heart rate increase in response to the pain. During sex, that pain can be interpreted as sexual excitement. Plus, there are areas of the brain where pain responses and sexual arousal overlap. So it makes sense that as rough sex becomes more mainstream in movies, more women are open to trying it and many realize that they kinda like it.

“I think it has more to do with the delightful sting and the delightful warmth and the delightful vibrations that it sends through the whole region,” says Gloria Brame, Ph.D., coauthor of Different Loving: The World of Sexual Dominance & Submission.

The study also found that a majority of women enjoy hearing derogatory terms, being tied up and having their partners take control, while men prefer being bitten, doing the tying and taking control. It works out that way.

Just be sure you talk to your partner before you whip out, well, a whip. Feeling safe is important during sex. If you’re both feeling adventurous and you get the green light, go wild. Plus, kinky sex may actually be good for your health. It’s a win-win.

10 Times Women Find You Incredibly Unsexy

Guys, there are plenty of times women find you incredibly sexy, but you’re likely just as often doing something that turns us off. Whether it’s a bad bathroom habit, or a mean streak you need to get under control, sometimes what may seem like a small thing to you can be unsexy to us in a big way. So, FYI, here are the times we could do without.

1. When you fart in bed. Look, we know everyone farts and sometimes you just can’t help it. But when you do it in bed, where we’re pretty much trapped, it’s just kind of rude. Maybe you could run to the bathroom next time? At least while we’re awake?

2. When you get into a fight. Oh, you think getting into a bar fight makes you seem tough and manly? Think again. Violence is violence, and a violent streak is not a trait most women find sexy in a partner. Fighting just makes you seem immature and insecure, and there’s nothing sexy about that.

3. When you have road rage. Have you ever been in the passenger seat while someone is driving with road rage? It’s terrifying. We want to feel safe and secure around you, not scared. So grow up, cool your jets and if you must do something, flip the bird and keep your eyes on the road.

4. When you’re rude to the server. Guys, it’s a huge turnoff when you’re rude to a server, or a cashier, or anyone else whose job it is to serve you. Even if they screw up, or service is slow, or you’ve had a bad day, there’s no excuse for being a total dick to someone who’s just trying to make a living.

5. When you treat your parents like shit. These people made you. Even if they’re annoying and all up in your business when we visit for dinner, try to show them some respect. Sure, roll your eyes if you have to, but when you’re downright mean to your parents, it we imagine you treating us that way one day, and it’s a huge turnoff.

7. When your eyes wander. If you’re trying to make us jealous, think again, as this act has the opposite effect. Even if you do notice another woman, when you’re with your wife or your girlfriend, at least make the effort to pretend you don’t. We want to know that you only have eyes for us.

8. When you leave us a huge mess to clean up. When you make a huge mess and just leave it there for us to clean up, we feel pretty disrespected. And while we might just go ahead and clean it up, we’re likely cursing you out in our heads while we do it.

6. When you leave the toilet seat up. And not even because it’s inconsiderate (though it is). But because if you’re in the habit of leaving the seat up, you maybe don’t also have great aim. Which means we’re going to see the pee you left on the toilet and that’s gross and the complete opposite of sexy.

The viral video commentator known as Ozzy Man has stumbled upon the alluring weather forecasts of Mexican weather anchor Yanet Garcia. And as you'd expect, his "review" of her his hysterical.

"I find meself really interested in Mexican weather lately," he begins. "It's good to learn about other cultures and, uh, precipitation." Riiight.

With a thick Australian accent, he comically mangles the pronunciation of Spanish words like "noche," which he pronounces "notch-ee."

Like the rest of the world, he seems to have fallen for Yanet pretty hard. "She could tell me to do anything, and I'd jump into action. She'd make me approach the apocalypse with a can-do attitude."

With nearly 12 million views, his take on Yanet is among his most-watched clips. But he's created plenty other viral videos riddled with ridiculous Aussie slang.

Remember that viral video from last year of a man punching a kangaroo in the face to save his dog? Ozzy Man did a bit on that, too.

This Is the Kind Of Porn Women Want to Watch

Ever wonder what your girlfriend really thinks about porn? Well, she likely indulges in the X-rated habit herself, especially since 1 in 4 YouPorn visitors are female, according to a recent survey of 24,000 women that use the site. Why? “Solo sex lets her be selfish,” our Men’s Health Girl Next Door explains. Even if you’re always game for sex, don’t take it personally: Sometimes all she’s looking for is a quick, lazy orgasm.

Plus, 16 percent of women say watching porn is a way to satisfy their fantasies without actually acting on them, according to the survey.Even so, you might be wondering what turns her on during her solo sessions. According to the YouPorn survey, women go straight for what they know: 34 percent of women choose videos that include people they can relate to, meaning they’re a similar age, weight, and ethnicity. What’s more, 28 percent of women prefer videos that include a female lead or dominant character.

Seeing that 56 percent of women reported that they’ve imagined themselves in a porn video, it’s not exactly surprising women prefer videos they can relate to.

But we wanted more specifics, so we turned to science. In a study published in the Journal of Sex Research last year, researchers surveyed more than 2,000 men and women about their top-viewed genres of porn.

The search terms that topped the list for women? Oral sex, threesomes, soft-core, women, gang-bang, and large penises. (Good news for you, since oral sex and threesomes were favored by men, too.)

If you’re really curious, rest assured that most women in the YouPorn survey aren’t too shy about their viewing habits: 69 percent of them reported that they wouldn’t be embarrassed if their significant other discovered that they watch porn, even though a majority of women prefer to watch it alone.

But past research suggests that some couples who watch porn together tend to try new things in bed. Talk to her about if it something you want to experiment with. If she’s game, make sure you read this before watching porn together.

These Sexual Fantasies Are More Popular Than You Think

Do you have certain wild, even freaky sexual fantasies? Don’t worry, you aren’t alone. Many of them are more common than you may think.

According to a 2014 University of Montreal study, the most common sexual fantasies are sex in unusual or romantic places, sex with someone other than your partner and being dominated. Next comes public sex, spanking, threesomes, exhibitionism and swinging.

Here are some surprisingly common fantasies and what they might mean…

1. Domination
Most people, a whopping 59 percent, dig this thought. They don’t always want to be responsible for their decisions, so the thought of someone else having total control is a relief. “By playing a more submissive role, the pressure to perform and make decisions is diminished,” Astroglide’s Resident Sexologist, Dr. Jessica O’Reilly, told

2. Sex in Public
According to a University of Toronto study, 62 percent of people fantasize about doing it in a public place. It’s easy to see why it’s so popular, says O’Reilly, since it combines many common turn-ons, including “the risk of getting caught, the thrill of performing and being watched, and the excitement of doing something taboo.”

3. An Older Partner
Have you figured out that you’re oddly attracted to the thought of having sex with an older person? While the majority of our society idealizes youth, a lot of people are turned on by age. Perhaps it is because we’re attracted to the knowledge and wisdom older people bring us? “The desire to have sex with an older partner—someone who can perhaps lead us and show us the ropes—is remarkably common despite the fact that older people tend to be desexualized and senior sex is often mocked or rendered invisible in popular culture,” O’Reilly adds.

4. Group Sex
Are you taken but often think about threesomes? “I’ve worked with hundreds of couples who were interested in exploring the fantasy of a threesome,” O’Reilly says. She estimated that about a third of her clients with these fantasies have acted on them. Other clients haven’t gone the whole way, but indulged their threesome fantasies without a third party through web cams, dirty talk or role play. About half of those who acted the fantasy out were disappointed, though. “The fantasy, in fact, was hotter than reality.”

5. Forced Sex
Don’t get freaked out if you’re into “rape”fantasies. These thoughts are common among both male and females, with about a third of each actually having them. Obviously, this doesn’t mean anybody wants to be raped. “It’s likely that this number would be higher were it not for self-censorship of thought,” Dr. Jess explains. “We derive pleasure from the feelings of submission, victimization, and aggressive desire.”

As it turns out, women want the same thing you do: more adventure. Check out the four most popular positions.

1:  The Face-Off Sex Position

Here’s What Women Think About While Playing DJ Diddles

Ever wonder what goes through your woman’s mind when she’s pleasuring herself? Is she thinking of you? A sexy male model? Adam fucking Levine?

A new study done by one of the world’s biggest sex toy retailers, LoveHoney, just found out what goes on in the mind of a woman when she’s getting herself off, and you may be surprised. The survey found that the top fantasies during masturbation were basically the same for both men and women, and mainly involved current partners.

How precious.

Respondents reported that their number one fantasy while masturbating was simply thinking about sex with their partner, to the tune of 69 percent of men and 60 percent of women.

The second most popular fantasy? Some 58 percent of men and 48 percent of women reported fantasizing about sexy time with an ex. The third most popular fantasy, for 57 percent of men and 43 percent of women, was found to be erotica and porn, followed by role play and BDSM in fourth and fifth place, accounting for about 30 percent between the genders.

The survey of 4,500 respondents also found that 59 percent of men and 65 percent of women masturbate on a regular basis, even if they’re in a loving and committed relationship. The survey also revealed that the majority of respondents don’t think masturbating makes sex with their partner feel any less enjoyable. In fact, 21 percent of men and 34 percent of women actually think rubbing one out makes sex even better.

We already told you earlier this week that playing with yourself makes you happy and healthy, and this news generally feels positive. Well, except for the thinking-of-an-ex thing.

At least she’s not thinking of Adam Levine. Unless she used to date him. In which case you might be banging Nina Agdal. In which case you might be Leo DiCaprio. In which case you have nothing to complain about. OK, we’re done.
